First off, I want to thank everyone who took the time to pick their favorite images in The Crystal Image Quest for the Final Five contest. I had a blast sifting through my work over the past 18 years to select the images for each category (and started with hundreds in most categories before narrowing them down to the top 32!). It was heartwarming to reminisce about sessions from years past and think about all the changes that have occurred in the subject's life (and mine!) since that time.

As you probably know, this contest had a lot of moving parts! The main focus was allowing you, the public, to choose the final five images to be featured on my new vehicle and/or building graphics (alas, my amazing orange Saturn Vue is no longer with me). 

But we also wanted you, the voters, to have a chance to win as well. So each week featured a weekly prize, and all who voted earned an entry to win that weekly prize—and an entry into our $1000 grand prize studio credit. Those who voted all five weekends also received 10 extra votes into the grand prize drawing.

All in all, we had 1042 entries into the grand prize drawing.

You guys rock!
