STUDIO COVID PROTOCOLS

Here at The Crystal Image, your health and safety is very important to us and we take COVID mitigation strategies very seriously. Our team is fully vaccinated and we do our best to schedule full clients sessions and presentations so that there is no overlapping between families. However, during our upcoming Simplicity mini-sessions, there may be two families within our office space at the same time (but in different sections of the building). Any additional families will be asked to remain in their car until it is their designated session time.

We are fortunate that our studio shooting area is more than 1100 square feet, so the photographer is able to maintain more than six feet of distance, in addition to masking the entire time, throughout the majority of your session. 

Additionally, our office implemented COVID-19 protocols are as follows:

—masks are required in studio and may only be removed while having your pictures taken

   (this applies to all children over two as well)

—temperatures will be taken at the door

—air purifiers are in use in both the studio and the presentation room

—aerosol sanitizing spray is used before and after each session

—EPA certified cleaners are used on all surfaces that staff or clients touch (front door/bathroom door/bathroom sink/toilet handle/light switches)

—each family will be asked to remain in their car until five minutes before their designated session time

—if you or one of your family members feels sick, we ask that you reschedule your session
